Roles: Customer Support Advisor / General Office Support (two positions available)
Location: Minibems HQ, Bournemouth, UK.
Minibems delivers a managed heating service to residents using an IoT smart controller. The managed heating service encompasses the delivery of energy efficiency, remote fault diagnosis and the metering and billing of heat.
Minibems is developing its customer service bureau and requires technically minded support advisors to support residents with heating, hot water, metering and billing issues.
A proactive, customer-centric attitude is key. We want to keep our customers smiling.
To this end, you will receive full training on all aspects of the Minibems system, developing your knowledge of both heating systems and the Internet of Things.
