Meet Evinox at HIL Housing Scotland Conference on 8th October 2024
Over the last year Evinox have retrofitted 1,300 properties on heat networks in Glasgow to improve efficiency and save fuel, carbon and maintenance costs.
Finian Parrick, Business Development Director for Evinox and inventor of the Minibems technology that sits behind this program, will be at Housing Industry Leaders (HIL) Housing Scotland Conference delivering a keynote speech discussing ‘Shaping the Future’ at 10.20am.
In the keynote speech Finian will share learnings and insights from the project as well as discuss how the Efficiency-as-a-Service contract works to guarantee performance for heat networks.
Evinox is working with a Scottish housing, care and property management group to deliver energy and maintenance savings across retrofit residential schemes in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
The keynote speech will be followed by a panel discussion titled ‘Ensuring the Heat in Buildings Strategy delivers for all’, and Finian will discuss heat network retrofitting and regulation alongside Ofgem’s Head of Heat Networks.
HIL Housing Scotland Conference is focusing on Scotland’s vision for a Housing future, residential housing strategies, retrofitting housing stock, net zero targets and how technologies will shape the future. The event is aligned with Evinox’ solutions and outlook for the industry.
