Each home benefits from new ESSCO HIUs for domestic hot water as well as our Telematic system. Telematic enables comprehensive remote monitoring, diagnosis, and management of The Wallis’ heat network, reducing the time and cost of unplanned maintenance as well as improving the heat network’s performance in real-time.
This 24/7/365 platform enables specialist heating and hot water advisers to support customers, engineers and provide hassle-free heating to residents all year round.
